Ministry of Health of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 2, 2016, Resolution number 33 was approved textbook for the psychological examination and published. The authors of the textbook for the psychological examination is director of the Center for Mental Health, Professor Fuad Ismayilov and psychologist Aygun Sultanova.

Recently, as a result of attention to the mental health system began to develop in the area of clinical psychology in our country, there was great interest in this area. Clinical psychologist area of speciality are the  developmental psychology, neuropsychology behaviour basics, including health psychology and psychotherapy. Unfortunately, this time for psychologists in our country as it is developed in the form of the results of the latest assessment of the implementation of the service in this area and there are various problems. To overcome this gap means that we decided to establish a report on the psychological examination. Both these funds in accordance with modern standards of teaching, but also can be used for practical purposes.
