01/26/2017 - The Mental Health Center held an event to raise awareness about mental health. It was noted that the reduction in the number of suicides is observed in Azerbaijan. The Ministry of Health carries out the necessary steps in this direction. In this regard, it was noted that public awareness on this issue has an important meaning.

The event was organised for these purpose employees of the Center for Mental Health psychiatrists gave detailed information to the press about suicide and its causes, a report on the conditions of crisis, the intervention used in these situations, widely commented on.

The event discussed the primary psychological care techniques when attempting suicide. Employees Mental Health Center questions responded to journalists on the subject.
